MotherBirths Care provides doula support, education, and resources from acupuncturists to chiropractic care that is mama-focused. We are dedicated to supporting mothers through every transition of birth and postpartum by creating solid care foundations and building community. We understand that the overall health of our children is dependent upon the health of our mothers.
Hello friends,
I’m excited to share a bit about my journey with you! I am a native of Memphis, Tennessee, serving Jackson and west TN area. As a full-spectrum doula and an herbalist. I am also a mom to a wonderfully strong-willed daughter, whom I had the joy of birthing at home while in Nashville, alongside an amazing team of midwives and a doula.
Holistic and compassionate care in women’s health has always been close to my heart, and with the birth of my daughter came a realization of my life’s work. Back In 2021, I received my doula training and certification through Sumi’s Touch Midwifery, Oakland, CA. I’m also continuing my studies and training with the International Childbirth Education Association and am a proud member of the Tennessee Health Maternal Task Force.
As a certified professional full-spectrum doula, I’ve had the privilege of working with mothers on their transformative birth and postpartum journeys. My work also includes supporting and holding space for those who have experienced loss. I truly believe that mothers deserve unwavering support that extends beyond birth. Navigating my own personal journey through the early stages of postpartum was challenging. Still, I believe that experience allows me to understand better the emotional needs of the families I support. I am here to support you every step of the way.
